Cascading white Aster

I love aster, even though the flower is small but it is the easiest plant to grow. But best of all it is perennial. I plant these asters in a pot to save it from recent flood.

I forgot when i sow the seed but the Chinese cabbage that i sow at the same time is already goes to seed, this purple Vienna Kohlrabi is the size of grade E eggs. I wonder how long it takes before I can harvest it!

Drought: all is not lost

Now the weather is almost like Mediterranean, Cold at night and early morning, windy and hot in the afternoon, no rain past 2 months. Grass and my entire newly sprouted seedling are dead. However some potted plants really love it.
