Today harvest

I harvest shallot shoot and amaranth today. I forgot to take the photo of the amaranth, i only realise about it after it was cooked.   So i take the photo of the plant instead.

But i don't have a heart  to eat this one: it is too beautiful .

Veggie: Amaranthus Tricolour

I used to grow vegetables  but i have to stop after my sister and my brother beg me not to grow it. Their reason? They are tired of eating the same vegetables year after year:-)) I used to grow kangkong, kale, cauliflower, pak choy, cucumber, brocolli, Yard long bean and tricolour amarantus. Now they  have flown the nest i'm growing veggie again but only in pots, enough for 2 people.
